Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted for custom jerseys that have manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

  • We cannot accept returns for products with customer-provided artwork, incorrect details submitted by the customer, or design preferences that differ from expectations.

  • Custom jerseys that have been worn, washed, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order at [Customer Support Email/Phone].

  2. Provide the following details:

    • Order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Clear photos showing the defect or error

  3. Our team will assess the request and respond with further instructions.

Return Authorization & Shipping Costs

  • If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • If an exchange is requested, the customer is also responsible for shipping costs associated with the replacement item.

Inspection & Resolution

  • Once we receive the returned product, our quality control team will inspect it to confirm the reported defect or error.

  • If the issue is verified, we will offer:

    • A replacement jersey at no additional cost or

    • A refund processed via the original payment method.

  • Refunds will be issued within 3 business days after the return is approved. Shipping fees and any applicable customization costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom jerseys without manufacturing defects or errors are not eligible for return.

  • Any items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.

  • Jerseys with minor color variations due to different screen displays are not considered defective.

Damaged in Transit

  • If your order arrives damaged due to shipping mishandling, please contact us immediately.

  • Provide photos and a detailed description of the damage so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must carefully review their order details, artwork, sizes, and customizations before placing an order.

  • We are not responsible for mistakes in spellings, sizes, colors, or other custom details provided by the customer.

Limited Liability

  • FastCustomJerseys shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
